Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are returning the order because you changed your mind or chose the wrong size or product, you will be charged for the return shipment.
If you are returning the order because we sent you the wrong size or product, or if the product is damaged, we will pay for the return shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The returning of products because of differences from what was ordered (wrong size or product) or product defects will be authorized by Gardina.com within 14 days of delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Such e-mails should include the date of purchase, order number, name of item and quantity being returned. Customers must also provide photographic evidence for any defective products.
The product, as well as any other items received with the product, must be returned in its original packaging, in order to protect it from damage.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The return shipment should always be shipped back with an active tracking number and you should consider purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The receiver is always responsible to claim/ accept the package and any additional fees for orders being returned for not being claimed or picked up is covered by the customer. The customer is responsible to make sure that someone accepts the package from FedEx, because FedEx charges a large fee for unclaimed goods, and if it’s unclaimed we will charge for the return fees.
Requests for refunds made after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
