Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Absolutely! You will be emailed your FedEx tracking information, giving you the opportunity to track your order online.

Do you accept returns?

YES of course!

Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery.

If you are returning the order because you changed your mind or chose the wrong size or product, you will be charged for the return shipment

If you are returning the order because we sent you the wrong size or product, or if the product is damaged, we will pay for the return shipment.

Why hasn’t my return been completed yet?

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Track it!

A shipping confirmation email was sent to you that includes the FedEx tracking information.  If you click on the tracking code in the notification email, you will automatically be directed to the FedEx website to see the status of your shipment.

If it states your package was delivered but you did not receive it, check if it was left in your community mailbox, received by another member of your residence or your reception/concierge desk.

What can I check for to feel more secure shopping online?

Check for contact information. You may feel more comfortable shopping on websites that clearly display an email address, phone number, address, return policy and social media accounts.  This does not confirm protection, but it demonstrates that you can get assistance if you need it, and that the website owner is willing to give you multiple options to reach them.
