How much is shipping?

We are pleased to extend a 15€ FedEx worldwide flat shipping rate, no matter the weight or size of your package.


When will the order arrive?

The delivery time within:

  • Europe: 3 business days
  • North America, Asia, Middle East, Rest of the World:  5 business days

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Absolutely! You will be emailed your FedEx tracking information, giving you the opportunity to track your order online.


Do you accept returns? 

YES of course!

Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery.

If you are returning the order because you changed your mind or chose the wrong size or product, you will be charged for the return shipment

If you are returning the order because we sent you the wrong size or product, or if the product is damaged, we will pay for the return shipment.

Why hasn’t my return been completed yet?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Track it!

A shipping confirmation email was sent to you that includes the FedEx tracking information.  If you click on the tracking code in the notification email, you will automatically be directed to the FedEx website to see the status of your shipment.

If it states your package was delivered but you did not receive it, check if it was left in your community mailbox, received by another member of your residence or your reception/concierge desk.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide at a flat shipping rate of 15€, no matter the weight or size of your package.


What methods of payments can I use?

We accept the following:

Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Other:  PayPal Express Checkout, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay

We cannot accept cash, CODs, checks or money orders.

What can I check for to feel more secure shopping online?

  • Check if connection is secure. Look at the status bar of browser window. You should see an unbroken key or closed lock/padlock, depending on your browser. If you see it, then you know that the site is using a trusted SSL digital certificate, and your connection is protected.
  • Check for the “S” in the HTTPS. (Hypertext Transfer Protocol). Having the “S” indicates the site is encrypted and sensitive information such as credit cards and passwords are protected as it travels from the site to a server.
  • Check if it has a Privacy Policy. It should clearly state how your data is collected, used and protected by the website. Websites that have a privacy policy indicate that the website owner cares about complying with data privacy laws to ensure the website is safe.
  • Check if PayPal is offered. The website is offering you an extra option in case you don’t want to use your credit card on multiple websites. Websites that do offer PayPal are offering you an extra option for payment comfort.
  • Check for contact information. You may feel more comfortable shopping on websites that clearly display an email address, phone number, address, return policy and social media accounts.  This does not confirm protection, but it demonstrates that you can get assistance if you need it, and that the website owner is willing to give you multiple options to reach them.
