We never include the price on packages that we ship out! 

Our team assembles your order very quickly so that you receive it as soon as possible. Our order processing system is so quick that we cannot interrupt an order after you've placed it. 

If you'd like to cancel your order, you'll need to wait until you receive it and return the item for a refund.

You can track your order.

We sent a shipping confirmation email to you that included tracking information.  If you click the tracking code in the notification email, you will access the Shipping Carrier's website to see the status of your shipment.

If the message indicates that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, check your community mailbox, ensure another member of your residence or your reception/concierge desk has not accepted it.

If you have tracked online and checked other possible receivers in your residence, and you still have not received your package, please contact us at  support@gardina.com

As shipping carriers charge a hefty fee for unclaimed goods, it helps to be mindful of your package delivery date. Someone needs to accept the package from the shipping carrier. We charge a return fee for unclaimed goods. 

All you have to do is provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase and the following:

  • Item name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • The quantity of the item you are returning
  • A photograph of the defective product

You must start the returns process by emailing us at support@gardina.com 

We ask that you do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Returns eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it 
  • In the original packaging to protect the item from damage

You must return all items you received with the purchase, including:

  • All authenticity cards
  • The designer box
  • The dust bag

If you are returning a product because we gave you the wrong size, the incorrect item, a defective product, or a damaged item, we will authorize your return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Typed the wrong address? No worries, we've all done it. As long as we did not process or ship your order, you can make changes to it.

Delivery

The delivery time estimate is 6 – 10 days. 

When the shipping carrier receives your package, we have no control over the time they deliver it.

Returns & Refunds

YES, of course! 

We accept returns within 14 days from delivery.

If you are returning the order because you changed your mind or chose the wrong size or product, we need to charge you for the return shipment.

If you are returning the order because we sent you the wrong item, wrong size or the product is damaged, we will pay the return shipment.

Within 7 – 20 days, we will process your refund. You will receive a credit to your credit card or the original payment method.

If after 20 days you have not received your refund, do the following:

  • Recheck your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your credit card company posts your refund
  • Contact your bank. There is some processing time before the bank posts a refund to your account

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are: 

  • Defective 
  • Damaged 
  • In stock 

If you need to exchange an item for the same thing, send us an email at support@gardina.com, and we will email you the return address. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
